What are the questionnaires?

There are three types of questionnaires:

  • Pupil Questionnaire (PQ) – to be filled by sampled students
  • Teacher Questionnaire (TQ) – to be filled by a subject teacher of the target grade
  • School Questionnaire (SQ) – to be filled by the school headmaster/principal
Will Background Questionnaires be administered same day?

Yes

How will the OMRs be filled by grade 3 students?

The OMRs for Grade 3 students will be filled by Field Investigators and Observers maintaining sanctity.

Can students or teachers take the survey material home?

No, the students or teachers cannot take any survey material at home.
